DCNR Announces the Opportunity to Submit Sealed Bids for the Marina Gasoline and Refreshment Concess
Erie – The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and Presque Isle State Park Operations Manager, Mathew Greene, announced that the Department and Presque Isle State Park are presently accepting sealed bids for the opportunity to operate concessions at Presque Isle State Park.
The sealed bids for the Marina Gasoline and Refreshment Concession Operations must be received at the Rachel Carson State Office Building, 400 Market Street, Harrisburg, PA 17101-2301 until 2:00 PM prevailing time, March 29, 2017. The bids will then be publicly opened and read for this concession operation at Presque Isle State Park, Erie County, Pennsylvania.
Bid documents containing all pertinent information can be obtained from the Presque Isle State Park Office, located on the second floor of the Tom Ridge Environmental Center, 301 Peninsula Drive, Suite 1, Erie, PA between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.

Please be advised that the bids are for a one-year term agreement with automatic renewal options for nine successive annual terms with the Bureau until December 31, 2026.
