The Lead Team is a strategic initiative of the Erie Regional Chamber & Growth Partnership, comprised of local, regional, and state-wide economic development practitioners who meet bi-monthly under a shared commitment to proactively drive growth and investment across the Erie region.

Lead Team members share actionable investment leads, align on opportunities, collaborate on projects and programs, and coordinate efforts to attract, retain, and expand businesses in our community. By leveraging each member’s unique expertise and network, the team works to streamline communications and deliver responsive, high-impact outcomes for economic development projects.
