Melani Spaeder
Director of Operations
Melani Spaeder is the Director of Operations at the Erie Regional Chamber supporting all functions of the Chamber and Chamber Staff. During her career, Melani has had the pleasure of working for a variety of companies including Altair Real Estate Services, reCAP Mason Jars, Professional Development Associates, SB3 and RentWay, Inc. Through this work experience she had the opportunity to be on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange for the opening bell of RentWay’s first trade, pitched to WalMart, and repelled down the face of Renaissance Centre!
Melani graduated from Mercyhurst University with a dual major in Business Administration and Accounting. She and her husband James like to tour the country listening to indie bands in small venues and spend as much time at Presque Isle as possible.
