Celebrating Success: Meet TriCryo, Erie’s Newest Wellness Center

TriCryo, a new degree of recovery, features seven different wellness treatments that include sauna, compression therapy, and cryotherapy. Standing in the cryotherapy machine at -166 degrees for a maximum of three minutes is believed to help reduce inflammation and promote healing.
